Nanaimo's Annual Bathtub Festival

Bathtub festival is an international event held annually in Nanaimo. Activities starting July 24th, 2006.

Quoting from the Bathtub Race website, "The 2006 Marine Festival will "SALUTE" the 40th Anniversary of the "Great" INTERNATIONAL WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP BATHTUB RACE. The "SALUTE" will also be the theme for the "SAILPAST ON WHEELS FUN PARADE, sponsored by Woodgrove Centre will be held on Saturday, July 22 at 10:30 AM. This years Nanaimo Marine Festival will take place Thursday, July 20th to Bathtub Race Sunday, July 23, 2006"
